JUNE 8, 2006 DINNER AT THE CARNEGIE MUSEUMS OF
PITTSBURGH:
There is a
separate fee of $65 for attendance at the dinner scheduled for the
evening of
June 8, 2007 at The Carnegie Museums of
Pittsburgh.
If you wish to attend, please
include the payment for yourself and any guests with your tuition payment.
DEADLINES:
Full
tuition must accompany the form. A $35 (USD) administrative fee will be
deducted from all refunds for cancellations. All refund requests must
be in writing and received in the office no later than Friday, June 1,
2007. No refunds can be issued once the program has begun.
Please
return your registration form by February 1, 2007 to take advantage of
the early registration discount. Registrations received after June 1,
2007 will be subject to an additional charge.
