SAMMI Study

We are conducting a research study to examine the effectiveness of using a FDA approved medication to improve your everyday activities, ability to focus, motivation, sociability, memory and mood.

The medication, Atomoxetine (Strattera®) was recently approved by the FDA for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adults.

Participation in this study requires 2 blood draws, an EKG (paper tracing of the electrical activity of the heart) and answering questions about your mental health.

Diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder?

Currently prescribed only one antipsychotic medication?
