Biographical Sketch
Sena Mills received her B.S. in Psychology from Bethany College in 2001. She is a Research Associate in the Law and Psychiatry Research Program at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic.
She is currently working with Dr. Mulvey and Dr. Cauffman on the Pathways to Desistance study where she manages the research data. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating the development of the project code book.
In the past, Sena has worked as a Mental Health Specialist on an in-patient clinical unit within a community hospital in an effort to provide patient education in relation to mental health issues. She has also worked as a Milieu Therapist on a general adult unit of Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. During this time, she conducted individual and group counseling for clinical patients of all ages.
Sena's primary area of interest is in instrument development and validation, research design, and data analysis.
