Biographical Sketch

Michael Ludwig is a Research Associate for the "Improving Services for Mentally Ill Juvenile Offenders" study. He is responsible for conducting interviews with youth in juvenile detention centers as well as coordinating participant recruitment and subject tracking. Michael also provides support with the "Understanding Female Offenders" project. On this project, he assists with the computerization of a 1920's data set on 500 delinquent women.

Michael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in December of 2002 with a BS in Economics. Prior to beginning this full-time position, he worked part-time as an undergraduate assistant on the Psychopathy study for over a year.

Michael is a sports enthusiast, especially in college football and basketball. He has spent his whole life in the Pittsburgh area, which has made him a huge Pittsburgh Steelers and Pitt Panthers fan.
