Biographical Sketch
Dimple Ho is a native of Burma (currently known as Myanmar). Dimple and her family had always dreamed of coming to the United States. In 1980, their dreams came true when her uncle sponsored her family to move to Pittsburgh. She graduated from the Rangoon Arts and Science University, Burma with a degree in Biology. Her degree involved research on a parasite known as Angiostrongylus Cantonensis, which causes eosinophilic meningoencephalitis to humans. After she moved to the States, her interests changed and she pursued a career in Business Administration.
Dimple joined the Law and Psychiatry Research Program in 1996 and is currently the Administrative Coordinator. Prior to this position, she worked for Children's Ministries, a non-profit organization for 13 years. She also managed a busy office of a Primary Care physician in San Francisco, CA for 2 years.
