Welcome to the Depression and Manic Depression Prevention Program

The Depression and Manic Depression Prevention Program (DMDPP), directed by Ellen Frank, Ph.D., provides information and treatment for depression and bipolar disorders in adults.  All of our services are offered at no cost to our patients. Our office is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  For more than 25 years, the DMDPP has assessed and treated thousands adults suffering from depression and bipolar disorders in the Pittsburgh area and surrounding communities.

Dr. Frank's group of psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinicians are dedicated to providing a space where persons suffering with depression or bipolar disorder can better understand the illness and learn to cope with it through personal support and treatment. For more information or if you would like to join a study, please call 412-246-5588.
