The MoVIES Project administered several neuropsychological tests to study participants at each "Wave." In addition to screening for memory disorders, this information also allowed us to describe "norms" on these tests within the MoVIES cohort as a whole. Details may be found in several of the publications listed under "Scientific Reports," the first of which was published in 1991. Since that time, we have received many requests for detailed information on the distribution of test scores by age, sex, and education in the MoVIES cohort. Therefore, we are making available on this website the "norms" on each test, at study entry between 1987-1989, within subgroups defined by age and sex, for three levels of education (less than high school graduate, high school graduate, and more than high school graduate) within each age-sex group.
