REGISTRATION INFORMATION:  28th  Colloquium on the Pupil     

Registration may be paid either by credit card (web, fax, or mail) or check (mail only). 

Registration for the meeting includes all lunches, dinners, coffee and snack breaks, meeting materials, and trip to Fallingwater. 

          Early registration (before July 17, 2009) is $490 for regular registration and $440 for student registration (predoctoral level).

             Late registration  (after July 17, 2009) is $540 for regular registration and $490 for student registration (predoctoral level).
