Donations


We have received donations from various individuals and groups, and we would like to express our appreciation for their generous donations. We are making great strides in research, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of the community.

01-31-08 Levin Furniture donated furniture for our waiting room.
10-25-07 Barbara E. Frates donated money to help with our research.
09-30-07 Hamilton Family Foundation donated money to help support our research.
08-30-07 Jean Lombardi and Family had donations made in loving memory of their husband/father Joseph Lombardi, in lieu of flowers.
12-01-06 The Lenore and Howard Klein Foundation, Inc., made a donation in 2006, 2007 and 2008 at the request of Warren Metzer.
07-21-06 The Interim Healthcare of Pittsburgh has made monthly donations money since 2006.
04-06-06 Henry Halperin donated money to help support our research in the name of Eric Halperin.
08-29-05 The Conti Family had donations made in loving memory of Irene Conti, in lieu of flower, whose son has autism and has participated in our study.
08-21-05 Janine started a cookie business last year, and she has an 11 year-old son with autism. She has made donations for two consecutive years since 2005. Pagano
08-21-05 Angela Janine’s nine-year-old daughter donated money she and her friend Kristen raised selling lemonade and cookies.
07-21-05 Berks County Chapter of the Autism Society of America made two donation due to very successful fundraisers “The Berks ASA Walk for Autism Awareness”.
07-18-03 The Cahouet Charitable Trust has made annual donations since 2003.
05-31-00 ABOARD and CeFAR raised money annually at the event “CASINO NITE”. 
12-21-03 NRG Energy Center Pittsburgh has made annual donations since 2003.
12-21-04 George Krock, a former board member, donated money he received from winning money for a training article he wrote.
09-09-04 Greater Harrisburg Area Chapter of the Autism Society of America donated money to help support our research.
08-10-04 Lois Gibson had donations made in loving memory of her husband Kenneth Gibson, in lieu of flowers, who’s daughter, Kim Hulswit son has autism.
06-29-03 James Rice has donated annually since 2003 from an annual golf outing. His wife, Maggie Rice, is also on our board of directors.
12-23-04 Wimmer Family Foundation has made annual donations since 2004.
02-08-02 Nancy Minshew, MD had donations made in loving memory of her son Jonathan Pettegrew, in lieu of flowers.
04-01-02 Maggie Rice and family had donations made in loving memory of their father Judge Zavarella, in lieu of flowers.
