Research Interests

The WPIC is unique in the quantity and quality of research areas and research mentors that are available to the fellows in the Training Program. We have identified research foci, and specific faculty members within these groups who have agreed to serve as mentors. These faculty are available to work with a student to pursue research interests and develop protocols for Master’s thesis research if the trainee is working toward a MPH. Faculty are listed within focus areas, with their primary training in parentheses. Most faculty members have been multiply listed, illustrating the multidisciplinary nature of alcohol research, as well as the collaborations that faculty members have already created within their research programs. Also listed are examples of projects that students in the Program have completed or in which they are currently involved.
