The Office of Education and Regional Programming of Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic is pleased to announce its winter videoconference series. Please note times on each videoconference. The topics include:

Diagnosis and Treatment of Catatonia (T292), January 14, 2015 9 to 11 a.m.

Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities and Sexual Offenders (T296), January 28, 2015 9 to 11 a.m.

New Dilemmas in Ethics in the Digital Age (T293), February 11, 2015 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Please note time change)

Overdose Prevention and Response Training (T295), February 25, 2015 9 to 11 a.m.

Moms and Cops: Focusing on Families (T297), March 11, 2015 9 to 11 a.m.

Surviving After Suicide (T294), March 25, 2015 9 to 11 a.m.

WPIC STAFF: WPIC staff are welcome to attend at the Biomedical Science Tower site (Room 104) at no cost. To register, please complete a registration form and fax or email back to Nancy Mundy at mundynl@upmc.edu

Your agency can be a participating site for the winter videoconferences. For a fee of $500 per program, your agency/organization will receive the following:

  • Training by experts in their respective fields without having to travel

  • Bridging service to the videoconference (you just need to have videoconferencing equipment)

  • Continuing education credits

  • Your choice in selection of videoconferences. Subscribe to one or all of the programs.
