Professional Liability Insurance
Hospital malpractice insurance
coverage provided in accordance with Pennsylvania state mandated levels of
coverage.
Vacation
PGY 1
residents have available to them twelve (12) vacation
days and five (5) conference days. Residents in
post graduate years 2 through 6 are allotted seventeen
(17) vacation days and five (5) conference days.
Holidays
WPIC recognizes ten (10)
holidays during the year.
Educational Allowance
Each resident receives an annual
allowance of $920 per academic year for the purchase of books, payment of conference fees, or
reimbursement of other educational expenses.
