Objectives:  Participants will be able to:

  • Discuss principles of balanced cost and quality management
  • Identify methods for managing services and resources
  • Use resources, such as LOCUS, to facilitate balanced resource/quality management
  • Explain how LOCUS/CALOCUS provide a platform for integration of clinical systems
