Objectives:
Participants will be able to:

developments in Community Psychiatry to inform
policy development.

shape the way services develop and underlie the
dominant approaches to persons with mental illness
in any era

the past into advocacy efforts and program

perceptions of individuals with behavioral health
problems and their civil rights
