Senior Program Officer
Constance M. Pechura, Ph.D., is Senior Program Officer for Depression in Primary Care and serves as the team leader for the Foundation’s Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Program Management Team. Prior to her position at The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Dr. Pechura directed the Institute of Medicine’s Division of Neuroscience and Behavioral Health, which focused on science and health care issues related to mental health and substance abuse.

Paul Tarini is the Senior Communications Officer for Depression in Primary Care. In this role, he is the main contact on all matters regarding publications, graphic identity, media relations, and communications for building essential relationships and for dissemination.

Program Assistant
Fran Ferrara is the Program Assistant for Depression in Primary Care and acts as the administrative interface between the National Program Office and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
