Alan Q. Radke, M.D., M.P.H. is a graduate of the Southwest State University, the University of Minnesota Medical School and School of Public Health. He did his psychiatric residency and fellowship in consultation/liaison psychiatry at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. Over the past twenty five years Dr. Radke has worked in the public mental health sector. Dr. Radke is retired from the U.S. Army Reserves. Mid-career Dr. Radke completed physician executive training with the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) and is a member of the ACPE. He has held physician executive positions with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and with Hawaii Department of Health. Currently Dr. Radke is the DHS Medical Director for Behavioral Health and Chief Medical Officer for State Operated Services
