Charter:
This committee shall focus on issues that impact the quality and ethical aspects of mental health clinical care. It will develop strategies to improve the delivery of behavioral health care by developing guidelines and standards for systems of care. It will work to develop appropriate tools and measures in response to the needs of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals working in various clinical settings. It will also serve as a resource to the Board in addressing ethical issues related to the practice of community psychiatry, or the functioning of the AACP
