Objectives:
Participants will be able to:

Recognize
the negative clinical consequences of health
disparities and social exclusion.

Make changes
in clinical practice that reduce the negative
consequences of health care disparities and social
exclusion.

Recommend
changes in education practice and policy that can
address the causes and consequences of health
disparities and social exclusion.

Initiate
administrative changes that will help health care
systems identify and remedy negative consequences of
health disparities and social exclusio
